"abstract": "Objectives: Aimed to evaluate the feasibility of a panvascular health promotion and risk stratification tool among community residents.\n\nDesign: A single-centre cross-sectional study.\n\nSetting: A central urban region of a first-tier city in China.\n\nParticipants: Overall, 586 residents from 307 households were enrolled; 580 (98.98%) had complete risk-stratification data and were analysed. The sample size was powered only to estimate a single overall proportion with a pre-specified precision. It was not powered for subgroup comparison. All subgroup analyses across sex, age band and body mass index (BMI) category were consequently exploratory.\n\nInterventions: Nine trained family physicians conducted door-to-door surveys from January to March 2025, applying the screening tool to stratify residents into four prevention levels using a ‘stop when positive’ algorithm.\n\nOutcome measure: Panvascular health risk stratification.\n\nResults: Residents were classified into primordial, primary, secondary and tertiary prevention groups: 75 (12.93%, 95% CI 10.44% to 15.91%), 177 (30.52%, 95% CI 26.91% to 34.38%), 293 (50.52%, 95% CI 46.46% to 54.57%) and 35 (6.03%, 95% CI 4.37% to 8.28%), respectively. Risk level differed across age bands (χ²=315.75, df=6, p<0.001) but not between sexes (χ²=1.97, df=3, p=0.578). Among adults, risk level differed across BMI categories (χ²=93.60, df=9, p<0.001). Among minors reclassified with WHO BMI-for-age z-scores, the association was significant only on exact testing (Fisher–Freeman–Halton p=0.016) and was therefore considered exploratory. A final stratification was generated for all 580 residents (100% of valid questionnaires). All four core physical measurements were completed in 559/580 (96.38%), with the mean screening duration of 3.97 (range 3.00–5.01) min. All nine physicians considered the tool feasible and convenient to use.\n\nConclusion: The panvascular health promotion and risk stratification tool could provide a feasible method to effectively identify different levels of panvascular health risks in community settings. A high proportion of community residents had a high risk of panvascular disease.",
