  "abstract": "随着对舒适化诊疗需求的提升，无痛内镜在恶性肿瘤早筛及诊疗中的应用日益广泛，对麻醉药物的安全性与高效性提出了更高要求。与传统麻醉药物丙泊酚、咪达唑仑相比，新型超短效苯二氮卓类药物瑞马唑仑在保证镇静效果的同时，显著降低了呼吸抑制、低血压等不良反应发生率，且具有苏醒迅速的优势。本文综述了瑞马唑仑在内镜诊疗中的临床研究进展，重点分析了其在无痛纤维支气管镜、宫腔镜及胃肠镜检查中的临床应用剂量与效果，为无痛内镜诊疗提供了更优的麻醉选择。",
