"abstract": "3D-Printing has revolutionised the landscape of life sciences by enabling the rapid and affordable creation of bespoke equipment. The adaptation and design of light, cheap and easy to use photoredox reactors, where temperature control is introduced by compressed air flow, has allowed our laboratories to access a standardised and reproducible setup for all photoredox experiments. This work highlights the favourable comparison between these in-house 3D printed reactors and commercially available equipment across three industry-relevant transformations, decarboxylative sp2-sp3 coupling, cross-electrophile sp2-sp3 coupling and synthesis of aryl ethers. Furthermore, we report and share the design of a 3D-printed High Throughput Experimentation (HTE) box that enables rapid reaction optimisation, scoping and structure-activity relationship (SAR) generation in medicinal chemistry projects.",
