  "abstract": "Interdigitating dendritic cell sarcoma (IDCS) is an extremely rare hematologic malignancy with no standardised therapeutic approach, particularly in the relapsed setting. We report a case of a 69-year-old woman with multifocal relapsed IDCS, KRAS/BRAF/SMARCA4 mutated, successfully treated with CHOP chemotherapy followed by consolidation with high-dose chemotherapy and autologous stem cell transplantation (ASCT), achieving a durable complete remission. This case supports the potential role of intensive chemotherapy and ASCT in selected patients with aggressive or relapsed disease.",
