"abstract": "The Apple Vision Pro (AVP), a next-generation spatial computing device, has demonstrated potential applications in multidisciplinary clinical diagnosis, treatment, and medical education, by leveraging its unique technical architecture and performance advantages. In clinical practice, its fundamental advantages of three-dimensional (3D) visualization, real-time image integration, and immersive interaction have been preliminarily employed in disease diagnosis and treatment, surgical planning, precise operations, and postoperative rehabilitation across multiple disciplines. In medical education, AVP surpasses the limitations of conventional models, offering a novel methodology for anatomy education, clinical skills development, specialized practical training, and collaboration of distance learning, thereby alleviating persistent challenges such as unequal distribution of teaching resources, low efficiency in skills and specialized training, and the high cost of distance education. However, AVP faces some limitations, including limited hardware portability, insufficient system compatibility, a lack of specialized medical applications, high costs, and incomplete medical certification. Currently, most evidence derives from feasibility studies, case reports, and opinion pieces. Only two Stage 2b confirmatory studies were identified. Thus, high-level evidence for clinical benefit remains scarce. Readers should interpret all reported benefits as preliminary technical demonstrations rather than established clinical outcomes. Future advancements necessitate iterative development of lightweight hardware design, development of specialized medical software, cross-system optimization, and establishment of standardization protocols. Moreover, more randomized controlled trials (RCTs) and multicenter studies are urgently needed to fully explore and validate its intrinsic value in precision medicine and the equitable allocation of medical resources.",
