"abstract": "To address consumer concerns and demands, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) helps meet health and nutritional needs while ensuring improved product traceability and integrating cutting-edge technologies. This article examines how artificial intelligence (AI) mediates the relationship between CSR and food security. It also seeks to determine how this mediation, conditioned by the degree and nature of stakeholder engagement, impacts the export strategies of agri-food companies. The methodology employs a comparative case study approach (Yin, 2018; Patton, 2002) to contrast three distinct economic settings specifically Canada, China, and South Africa based on five key variables: AI maturity by country, the level of CSR/ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) reporting, food security, stakeholder involvement, and the resilience of agri-food supply chains. The findings reveal that stakeholder involvement not only influences the intensity of the AI-CSR-food security mediation but also creates a significant, lasting qualitative impact on agri-food export strategies.",
