  "abstract": "This paper gathers the documented science of water, thought, and positive energy, and seats the open questions fairly. Inside the body, the chain is measured: hydration shapes blood sugar; sugary drinks raise diabetes risk in dose while swapping them for water lowers it; the hormones of state travel dissolved in the blood's water to every cell; belief and laughter move cortisol, immunity, and pain through that same medium. Around that documented core stand two older records: the Hebrew texts, where the breath hovers over the waters and a river flows from the Temple whose waters are healed; and the witness of the world's religions, each keeping the same gesture — the word spoken over water, the water carried to the body. At the frontier, the claim that thought shapes water outside the body is examined in both chairs and found unproven, with one faint contested signal left standing as a question. The line under the title — how to cure any disease with belief — is the author's own conviction, printed in his chair. The paper advises no one to change, pause, or refuse medical care.
