  "abstract": "目的研究NLR、SII及骨密度联合检测在绝经后骨质疏松症（PMOP）患者诊断中的临床价值。方法选取2023年1月1日至2023年12月31日于新疆医科大学第六附属医院收治的139例绝经后妇女，根据骨密度分为骨质疏松（T1组）、骨量减少组（T2组）、骨量正常组（T3组）。另选37例体检正常健康绝经后妇女作为对照组。比较T1组与其他组患者的NLR、SII水平，以及T1组NLR、SII与骨密度的相关性分析，并利用ROC曲线分析NLR、SII及骨密度联合检测对PMOP患者的诊断价值。结果T1组NLR、SII水平均较高于正常组、T2组和T3组（P<0.05）；NLR、SII均与骨密度呈呈负相关（P均<0.05）；NLR、SII及骨密度联合诊断的曲线下面积（AUC）为0.941（95%CI：0.906~0.975），且联合诊断的AUC高于各自单一诊断（P<0.05）。结论NLR、SII及骨密度联合检测可有效诊断PMOP，NLR、SII可作为早期PMOP便捷的筛查方式。",
