It involves lengthening and straightening of a hormonally hypertrophied clitoris to create a neophallus, urethral lengthening to enable voiding while standing, and scrotoplasty. It offers a less invasive alternative to total phalloplasty, particularly for patients not seeking penetrative sexual intercourse.",
