Spin Toda systems and N-point spherical Whittaker functions
Abstract
We define and study a spin version of the open Toda integrable system, using the Iwasawa decomposition of a connected split real Lie group. We study spherical Whittaker functions as solutions of the spin Toda system. We also construct their N-point version and find the corresponding factorisation of the Casimir element, which yields asymptotic boundary KZB type equations.
