Abstract

A 69-year-old man with a pulmonary nodule underwent CT-guided cryo-rotational lung biopsy, which confirmed organizing pneumonia. The lesion resolved completely after antibiotic therapy. This case highlights the feasibility of cryo-rotational biopsy for diagnosing indeterminate pulmonary nodules.
