Abstract

Transverse cervical vessels are a safe and reliable recipient alternative for microvascular reconstruction in vessel‐depleted necks. In three complex head and neck cases, all anastomoses succeeded, with 100% flap survival, no re‐exploration, and no airway or swallowing sequelae at a minimum 2‐month follow‐up.
