Mass Spectra of Doubly Heavy Strange baryons ΩQQ' and their Decay properties

Abstract

This study investigates baryons Ωcc, Ωbc and Ωbb composed of two heavy quarks and one strange light quark, focusing on their radial and excited state mass spectra. We employ the Hyper Central Constituent Quark Model (hCQM), incorporating higher-order corrections, including second-order mass corrections with explicit consideration of spin-dependent interactions. This approach improves the accuracy of spin splitting predictions. Additionally, we present a detailed comparison between our predicted resonance masses and those obtained from other theoretical models. We assign all possible spin-parity quantum numbers, offering a comprehensive understanding of the properties of doubly heavy baryons. Furthermore, we compute key properties such as magnetic moments, transition magnetic moments, radiative decay widths. The analysis also reveals a linear behavior in the Regge trajectories.
