Abstract
We present a novel labial reconstruction technique in a 48‐year‐old woman with extensive bilateral labial defects caused by steatocystoma multiplex. An anatomy‐guided, stepwise approach integrating scalp and orofacial reconstructive principles enabled successful restoration using a rhomboid mucocutaneous flap, minimizing tissue tension while preserving neurovascular continuity, function, and aesthetics.
