On the Hasse-Sugawara problem and its application to Hilbert's twelfth problem
Abstract
We give an analytic proof of the Hasse-Sugawara problem by treating the seven remaining families of moduli. We also construct an explicit integer translate of a Weber value whose relative norms generate every intermediate field, and express these generators using extended form class groups.
