Abstract

We report a mechanochemical copper-catalyzed deoxygenative amination of alcohols via O-alkylisourea intermediates under ball-milling. This one-pot method accelerates conversion, tolerates primary, secondary, and challenging tertiary alcohols, and enables late-stage functionalization and scalable drug synthesis, providing a versatile C(sp3)–N bond-forming platform.
