Planck Constant as a χ‑Spectral Invariant: Operator‑Tension Reconstruction of E = hν in the ZEBTS‑SUPER 5.0 Framework.

Abstract

This work presents ZEBTS‑SUPER 5.0, a fully developed operator‑tensional and χ‑spectral geometric framework that reconstructs the foundations of quantum theory, spacetime structure, and fundamental constants from a unified topological–operator–informational ontology. In contrast to conventional quantum mechanics, quantum field theory, string theory, and loop quantum gravity—where quantization, the Planck constant, and vacuum structure are introduced axiomatically—ZEBTS‑SUPER establishes these elements as derived χ‑spectral invariants of a deeper operator‑geometric substrate. The theory is built upon the χ‑Absolute–χ‑Boundary–χ‑Matter triad, a structural ontology in which the vacuum is not a passive background but an active χ‑tensional medium endowed with χ‑curvature, χ‑stress tensor, χ‑homologies, and χ‑modular cycles. At the mathematical core of the framework lies the χ‑tension operator Tχ, a self‑adjoint operator acting on the χ‑Hilbert space Hχ of χ‑spectral packets defined over the compact χ‑Boundary ∂Aχ. The operator admits a discrete spectrum due to the compactness of ∂Aχ and the structure Tχ=Kχ+Vχ, where Kχ encodes χ‑curvature and Vχ represents χ‑tensional perturbations. The eigenvalues λn correspond to χ‑homological charges qχ(n), establishing a topological quantization theorem: distinct χ‑charges generate distinct spectral levels. This yields a χ‑spectral lattice Λχ={λn} and a χ‑modular frequency set νn=λn/h, where the Planck constant emerges as a χ‑spectral invariant h=∥Tχ∥mod=∥Tχ∥/lPl, with lPl the Planck length. Thus, the fundamental quantum relation E=hν is not postulated but proven as an operator‑tensional theorem: E=⟨Ψχ∣Tχ∣Ψχ⟩=hν. A key structural element is the flytron, a Planck‑scale χ‑node carrying the full set of χ‑invariants (Dχ,Sχ,Rχ,Jχ,qχ). The flytron defines the minimal χ‑modular frequency νχ(f) and the minimal χ‑cycle, anchoring the χ‑spectral geometry at the Planck scale. The theory demonstrates that all fundamental constants—including h, c, G, and e—can be reconstructed from χ‑spectral and χ‑tensional parameters, providing a pathway toward a χ‑unified operator‑geometric foundation of physics. The work develops a complete numerical reconstruction of the Planck constant from χ‑spectral data, showing that h=lPl−3αχ+lPl−2βχ, where αχ and βχ encode χ‑curvature and χ‑tensional contributions. A second reconstruction method, h=λf/νχ(f), based on the flytron’s spectral pair (λf,νχ(f)), yields identical results. A consistency theorem proves the uniqueness of h under χ‑structural constraints. Error analysis demonstrates that the reconstructed value matches the CODATA constant within 10−48 J⋅s, far below current experimental uncertainties. The χ‑spectral geometry predicts observable deviations from standard quantum relations in extreme fields, curved spacetime, and high‑intensity laser environments. These include χ‑modular phase shifts, χ‑spectral broadening, χ‑topological modes, χ‑resonances in collider experiments, and χ‑dependent variations of h in strong gravitational regimes. The theory provides a detailed experimental program for detecting χ‑spectral signatures using interferometry, XFEL/HPL systems, vacuum resonators, superconducting circuits, and astrophysical observations. Finally, ZEBTS‑SUPER 5.0 is compared with QM, QFT, string theory, LQG, and spectral geometry. The analysis shows that ZEBTS‑SUPER is not a modification of existing frameworks but a new operator‑tensional foundation in which quantization, vacuum structure, and fundamental constants arise from χ‑spectral geometry. The theory unifies topological, geometric, operator‑theoretic, and informational principles into a coherent structure capable of explaining quantum phenomena, Planck‑scale physics, and the emergence of matter. This work establishes χ‑spectral geometry as a mathematically rigorous, physically predictive, and ontologically coherent foundation for fundamental physics, opening a pathway toward a unified operator‑tensional description of reality.
