Non-vanishing of central values of angular Hecke L-functions

Abstract

In this paper, we evaluate asymptotically the first and second moment of central values of the family of Hecke L-functions associated to angular characters over imaginary quadratic number fields of class number one. We use our results to deduce a non-vanishing result concerning these L-functions.
