Lempert left inverses of the Royal and Flat geodesics of the symmetrized bidisc

Abstract

In this note, we give complete description of the Lempert left inverses of the royal and flat geodesics of the symmetrized bidisc. It is further proved that the collection of all such Lempert left inverses to the royal and flat geodesics is path connected. This, in particular, answers a question asked by Zwonek \cite[~Remark 4.4, 4.5]{zwonek}.
