Dishevelled2 Condensates control Axon Initial Segment (AIS) assembly and function through MTCL1-Dependent microtubule recruitment

6 more authors

Abstract

Dvl2 is an early component of the proximal axon initial segment (AIS)

• Dvl2 associates with AIS microtubule bundles and depends on MTCL1 for microtubule recruitment

• Dvl depletion disrupts AIS cytoskeletal organization, AnkG accumulation, sodium channel clustering
