Abstract
This case report highlights the importance of clinical vigilance, the role of echocardiography, and the benefits of guideline‐directed multidisciplinary management of pregnant women with HCM in resource‐limited settings. Advocating for comprehensive multidisciplinary care models is essential in optimizing maternal and fetal health outcomes among pregnant women with cardiac pathologies.
