(p,q)-weighted dual curvature measures

Abstract

We study (p,q)-weighted dual curvature measures associated with a fixed nonnegative locally integrable Borel density satisfying a trace-regularity condition. These measures arise naturally from a variational formula for Wulff shapes. We establish the trace-regularity condition when g is pointwise α-homogeneous for some α\in R, or when g is radially non-increasing and continuous. For nontrivial even densities in either class, we prove existence results for the even version of the associated Minkowski problem under suitable assumptions. We also establish uniqueness when the prescribed measure has finite support, under a strict positivity assumption on the density and additional restrictions on the parameters. In the case of Lebesgue measure, our curvature measures reduce to those introduced by Lutwak, Yang, and Zhang, and our variational formulas recover their corresponding variational formula. For Gaussian measure, our results are related to those of Feng, Hu, and Xu, and Feng, Li, and Xu. Finally, we investigate the affine properties of the new measures and the associated mixed volumes.
