Stepwise assembly and mechanical stability of nsP3 Helical Scaffolds in Chikungunya Virus

Abstract

This repository contains the raw HS-AFM datasets and the quantitative data associated with the manuscript. The deposited data are organized as follows: 1. Quantitative dataThe Excel file “Quantitative data.xlsx” contains the quantitative data underlying the graphs presented in the manuscript. 2. Raw HS-AFM moviesThe raw HS-AFM movies are provided in .asd format. These files can be opened and visualized using BioAFMviewer, a freely available software for visualization and analysis of AFM data: https://www.bioafmviewer.com/ 3. AFM–cryo-EM visualization and comparisonTo facilitate the comparison of HS-AFM topographic data with cryo-EM structural data, we developed a custom macro-based workflow, AFM2Chimera_tiff2mrc, which allows AFM TIFF images to be converted into MRC format for visualization in UCSF Chimera. The code is freely available on GitHub: https://github.com/DyNaMo-INSERM/AFM2Chimera_tiff2mrc
