UDCT v7.08 — Prior-art correction: the action-derived Hessian source term and screening by second derivatives of the Newtonian potential belong to Milgrom's generalized QUMOND (GQUMOND) class

  1. 1Independent Researcher, Auckland, New Zealand

Abstract

This deposit contains UDCT v7.08, a prior-art correcti 1on note dated 30 September 2026, together with companion Python checks, documentation, and an MIT license file. The note acknowledges Milgrom's published generalized QUMOND (GQUMOND) framework as the direct precedent for the action-derived Hessian source term and Hessian-based screening studied in earlier UDCT records. It corrects earlier novelty statements and clarifies the distinction between local negative phantom density and negative enclosed effective mass. The correction note reports no new calculation and does not change the earlier numerical verdicts. The companion script checks elementary mathematical relations used in the discussion. It does not reproduce the v7.06 dwarf-galaxy results or resolve the separate v7.09 diagnostic. Literature review, drafting, and companion-code preparation involved large language model assistance, as disclosed in the included documents. Licenses: the PDF is licensed under CC BY 4.0.
