On the Witt liftability of quasi-F-split Calabi--Yau varieties
Abstract
We prove that a quasi-F-split strict Calabi--Yau variety X of dimension d over an algebraically closed field k of odd characteristic p admits a smooth projective lifting over W(k) if p≥ d−1, or if p=d−2 and H0(X,TX)=0. We also prove W3(k)-liftability in odd characteristic.
