Abstract
This research presents different concepts of Cattaneo-Christov mass and heat fluxes in frame of Darcy-Forchheimer flow integrating Buongiorno's nanofluid model, boosted through computational techniques based on intelligent neuro-structure. Nanofluids, renowned for their better thermal conductivity, have obtained significant importance in recent heat transfer applications which includes chemical processing, cooling systems and modern energy devices. Inspired by these applications, the current study investigates a three dimensional magneto-bioconvective nanofluid flow across a bi-directionally stretched sheet embedded in a Darcy-Forchheimer porous medium while taking triple stratification and gyrotactic micro-organism into consideration. To obtain thermal relaxation phenomena in frame of Cattaneo-Christov heat flux model the mathematical formulation incorporates thermophoresis, Brownian motion, chemical reaction effects and Arrhenius activation energy. Under boundary layer approximations using similarity transformations the governing non-linear PDEs are transformed into system of non-linear ordinary differential equations. Using Levenberg-Marquardt backpropagation scheme(Lb-MBS) a technique of artificial based neural network(ANNs) these equations are solved. Generally, for complex non-linear flow problems the current study evaluated thet the ANN based Lb-MBS technique provides most accurate results (MSE ranging from 10 −10 to 10 −9 ). The conclusions shows that the importance of Cattaneo-Christov fluxes and porous media effects in regulating mass and thermal transport, for intelligent modeling of nano-fluid flows and the models of advanced thermal systems current study offers a valuable insights. Additionally, a thorough analysis is conducted to ascertain how important parameters affect temperature, concentration, and microorganism profiles. Decreasing behavior of θ ( η ) for S 1 , ϕ ( η ) for S c and σ and χ ( η ) for L b is obtained. Also, increasing behavior of θ ( η ) for B * , A * and γ 1 , ϕ ( η ) for N t and γ 2 and χ ( η ) for γ 3 .
